Job Description:

Community Mental Health Provider is seeking a Full-Time Dual Diagnosis Clinician. Bring your career to the Oregon Coast and enjoy coastal living while making a difference in the community!


This position will perform a variety of services in the outpatient setting to provide direct services to the adult population. The clinician will perform Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder treatment to include Assessments, ASAM dimensions, Treatment Planning, Individual and group counseling as well as crisis services as needed. Flexibility, attention to detail and accurate and timely documentation are critical skills of this position. The Clinician will function as part of an inter- disciplinary team.


Master’s degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, Psychology or Counseling (must be able to obtain QMHP certification)

3 years outpatient experience working with people who struggle with mental illness

CADC I –Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain Oregon or Washington DL

(Background check clearance; Ability to meet insurance requirements, must submit current motor vehicle record if licensed outside of the state of Oregon)

Dependents covered on medical, dental, and vision at cost to employee. CBH offers 40 paid hours of paid time for elective training per year in addition to mandatory trainings assigned by supervisors. Employee are eligible for elective training reimbursement of ($500/yr for unlicensed clinicians and $1000/yr for licensed clinicians.) 12 paid holidays and 22 days of PTO years 1-3, increases after year 3. PTO accumulation starts at hire and is available for use as accumulated and also offers sabbatical of 22 days after 10 years of service.
