Child and Family Therapist  (School Based Mental Health Services)

If you are looking for a career where you can have a positive impact on the lives of youth and families we have the perfect position for you! We are looking for a qualified mental health professional to fill the position of Child and Family Therapist on our School Team.  We are looking for a candidate with experience serving children, youth, and families in mental health or primary care settings. This is a great position for a skilled and independent clinician.

SUMMARY: This position provides mental health consultation and guidance to school district staff as well as direct clinical care to students and their caregivers. Clinical services may include individual, family, and group interventions as well as crisis response. Clinician will also work with primary care providers to integrate behavioral health care services into patient care while in the School Based Health Center.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. CADC I required or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire. Three to five years related work experience to include Child and Family mental health services, experience in a school setting preferred but not required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position maybe considered.
